At Valence London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions where you wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns

• You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
• Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
• Trying on items is permitted; however, wearing them is not allowed.
• Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of (partially) returning them is not permitted.

Return Process

1. Register your return by contacting info@valence-london.com - within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
3. You must return the item at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping costs.
4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once the item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
• Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
